Public Speaking is a scary business. Glossophobia, or a fear of public speaking, is a very common phobia that affects 3 out of 4 people.
It can trigger anxiety – You start sweating, your mouth dries up, your muscles stiffen, you feel physically sick. You want to speak but the words don’t flow. People are looking at you are expecting an engaging presentation, lecture, speech or seminar. Believe it or not even experienced stand-up comedians and presenters get nervous. Natasha and John are both seasoned veterans of the comedy circuit as well as radio presenters. Natasha specialises in teaching communications and speaking skills to healthcare professionals. John works with a number of business leaders, clergy and people with Anxiety issues and between them have a range of options designed to help you develop your natural skills. They will help you overcome your Anxiety, ride you emotions and find your inner voice.
