What we Do

We offer a range of bespoke services which can be delivered in-person or remotely, through podcasts, social media, videos or planned communications. These include training, from diversity and inclusion to apprenticeships, hosting and talks, speech development, simulation-based education, and more.

We use humour and storytelling to break through barriers around men's health, women's wellbeing, mental resilience and behavioral safety. We work primarily in the NHS, education, construction, industrial and rail sectors, but are always keen to share our message further afield.

Men’s health

We recognise the importance of creating safe spaces for men to talk about mental health and have seen first-hand how humour can break through stigma and help dismantle some barriers to open and honest communication.

Our work has included dad-focused workshops, stand-up, andropause talks, training, videos, chat and email services.

Patient-centred NHS work

We are proud of our work with the NHS. We combine lived experience, academic and communications expertise to create a variety of training, simulation and talks to frontline and non-clinical staff. Some topics include conflict management and resolution, apprenticeship training, patient-centred communications and how to deliver bad news.

Ultimately, we create sessions that help staff to truly understand the needs of the people they interact with.

The team has also hosted award ceremonies and brought in speakers and facilitators to many different events. Of course, our other health and mental wellbeing, men’s health and workplace sessions are also available for an NHS context.

Natasha has seen more than her fair share of operating tables and ITU wards, and you can hear her story in her heartfelt, hilarious and honest Ted Talk X Kingston. She believes passionately in supporting the NHS to ensure it continues to honour its core principles.

Wellbeing, performance and leadership in the workplace

We believe that workplaces should be safe, motivating environments that encourage us to do our best, while feeling our best. And there are clear returns for employers too: according to Deloitte, on average, every £1 invested into mental health interventions in the workplace returns £5 of benefits.

Alongside our overall wellbeing focus, we can deliver sessions on behavioural safety, leadership, public speaking or diversity, inclusion and equity. Our materials are adapted to your context, whether construction or industry, apprentices or frontline workers, managers or entertainers.

From speech development to simulations, we can also support teams to improve their general communication skills and resolve conflicts.

Health & wellbeing

This is our bread and butter, and ultimately, everything we do promotes positive wellbeing.

Our range of training and creative methods enables our team to tackle tough subjects or equip people to better cope in challenging times.

We create bespoke workshops, campaigns and videos to help communities navigate their specific experiences. We also host events that are aligned with our mission, sharing important ideas through comedy.
